Job Description
As a vital contributor to the HR Services team, this role focuses on the digital transformation and streamlining of processes to enhance efficiency within both local and shared services operations. The position involves supporting Human Resource Services, HR, and the broader business environment through comprehensive reporting and detailed data analysis.
An essential responsibility is ensuring the quality of data governance while actively participating in the implementation of modifications within the centralized HR system. This includes overseeing data migration efforts and aligning user practices across the system. Additionally, it is crucial to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to local users situated in various regions.
The role also seeks to identify and develop innovative services that benefit employees, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of self-service and mobile accessibility. There is a continual focus on optimizing the overall experience for employees, aiming to provide a seamless, straightforward, and integrated journey.
Experimentation with emerging technologies is encouraged, as is the management of human-machine interactions, alongside the minimization of digital security risks and ethical considerations. The position emphasizes the importance of innovation while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical standards. Furthermore, it plays a significant role in defining the strategic direction of the HR system landscape, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the business, all while maintaining dependable HR system services.
Primary Responsibilities and Authority Over Decisions
- Helps out with projects to provide top-notch, consistent global HR data in SF.
- Handles the data quality oversight process and serves as the go-to person for reference data.
- Helps out with HR system setup projects.
- Look into the current state of HR data quality across local markets.
- Helps with optimizing data and getting the current SF HR info on the same page using a unified method.
- Handles large-scale HR master data transfer tasks.
- Gets all the paperwork ready for the design, testing strategy, and plans for new features.
- Helps out during the UAT and testing phases.
- Keep an eye on the review processes to make sure everything\’s up to snuff. Check how well things are working. Spot any processes that could use a makeover and throw out some ideas on what to do about them.
- Handles the global HR systems stuff. Jumps in as a team player when new tools and updates roll out. Helps test out new HR tools, the latest releases, and any changes to the HR systems.
- Playing around with new tech helps us handle how people and machines interact while also reducing risks related to digital security and ethics.
- Helps out the Human Resource team by handling stuff like people metrics, reporting, and some cool advanced and predictive analytics.
- Chats and shares info to give advice and handle transactions, either in person or through phone or email, with all managers and employees, following the written HR rules and processes.
- You\’re in charge of making sure your work meets the quality standards for a specific HR process, sticking to the agreed-upon KPIs and service levels.
Fundamental Skills, Expertise, and Background:
- Experience in HR operations and projects
- Experience with setting up global HR systems.
- Got some hands-on experience with writing technical docs.
- Understanding SAP HR stuff.
- Got a good handle on business intelligence.
- HR data background
- Fluent English
- Tech skills (like MS Office and Excel)
