Unilever is actively seeking a candidate for the position of Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing for its UFS (Unilever Food Solutions) division.

Currently, we are seeking an assistant manager in Digital Marketing to join our Unilever Food Solutions team.

Main Duties

They involve the following:

1. Planning and Running Campaigns:

  • Come up with and roll out digital marketing plans specifically designed for Turkey and the Arabian regions.
  • Devise and implement strategies for generating leads, utilizing a variety of content across multiple channels.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of tailored digital marketing strategies for operators.

 

2. Marketing Performance and Tweaking:

  • Keep an eye on those ongoing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, making sure they\’re performing well by regularly checking in and tweaking things as needed.
  • Create and implement SEO plans while keeping an eye on how things are doing to boost search visibility.
  • Takes charge of digital engagement numbers (like # of engaged users and engagement frequency) to deliver an awesome experience for Operators.
  • Handles the planning and scheduling for WhatsApp for Business activities.
  • Plan and handle chef influencer campaigns from start to finish.

3. Content and Social Media Management

  • Put together and manage the calendar for our social media posts.
  • Oversee the creation of visuals for online marketing campaigns and email promotions.
  • Handle photography, video shoots, and wrap-up videos for events.

4. Email Marketing and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Run email marketing campaigns with the Marketo tool to keep your audience engaged and boost conversions.

5. Website Management:

  • Keep an eye on website upgrade projects while working with outside agencies.

6. Reporting and Financial Oversight:

  • Put together quarterly newsletters to keep everyone in the loop about what’s happening in digital marketing.
  • Keep track of the digital marketing budget and make sure resources are used wisely.

Professional Competencies

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in the food sector or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). B2B experience would be a plus!
  • You really need to get a solid grasp of everything that goes into digital marketing.
  • Got some hands-on experience collaborating with outside agency partners like advertising, media, PR, and influencers.
  • With extensive experience in revenue generation and partnerships, primary stakeholders include Country Marketing Leads, Business Excellence Leads, and the META Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and leading cross-functional teams, both in face-to-face settings and through virtual platforms.
