Your Responsibilities

Here\’s what you\’ll be up to:

  • Facilitate the daily operations of our Front Office, motivating our receptionists to craft an unforgettable and seamless Hox experience for our guests—beginning with their arrival, throughout their entire stay, and continuing until they receive their bill and depart once more·
  • Collaborate with all our teams to ensure that our rooms are consistently and efficiently reserved, while also assisting our Front Office Manager in managing any instances of overbooking·
  • Answering phones, managing inquiries, and providing thoughtful suggestions for the finest shows to enjoy and the trendiest pop-up eateries to explore nearby – you serve as the comprehensive resource for our guests to rely on·
  • Collaborate with our dedicated Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure that every aspect of our guests\’ experience is flawlessly maintained during their stay·
  • To greet guests or visitors at any moment, creating a memorable sense of warmth and attentiveness·
  • To manage incoming guests effectively, ensuring comfortable accommodation and personal escort, fostering warmth and comfort with professionalism and a proactive attitude·
  • To foresee potential up-selling and cross-selling prospects, motivating our guests to engage with the hotel\’s amenities for their pleasure and satisfaction·
  • Serve as a welcoming representative for our guests by creating and nurturing personal connections with each individual· This approach aims to cultivate a sense of comfort, warmth, and genuine care during their entire visit·

  • Got at least 3 years of experience working at the front desk in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Get a head start on Accor Online Platforms.
  • Make sure you know all the SOPs and P&Ps for the Front Office department inside and out.
  • Familiarity with computers and software like PMS and Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Nailing those problem-solving skills
  • Can chat and write in both English and Turkish.
  • Additional languages; French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic is preferred
  • Outstanding ability to communicate effectively across various contexts.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • The capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Capable of utilizing sound judgment when interacting with challenging guests.
  • The skill to concentrate on the requirements of guests, while consistently maintaining a composed and polite demeanor at all times.
  • There is no requirement for male candidates to fulfill any military service obligations.
  • Previous engagement with Opera or a comparable system, demonstrating relevant experience in that domain.
  • Capable of Remaining upright for prolonged durations.
  • Capable of adapting to various shift schedules regarding working hours.
  • Possessing the capability to manage cash with both efficiency and precision is essential.
  • Getting a grip on how to operate in a diverse cultural setting.
  • Exuding an air of sophistication and confidence
