The Samsun Operations Team at British American Tobacco Turkey presents an intriguing opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior HR Business Partner!
As an HR Business Partner, you\’ll be tasked with offering complete HR support and guidance to the Operations teams. This will involve managing key HR processes and implementing best practices, all while sticking to our global, regional, and company HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
Here are the main things you\’ll be in charge of:
- Help everyone involved to shape and reach the company\’s goals by effectively driving cultural change. Carry out important HR tasks like hiring, onboarding new folks, offboarding when needed, managing talent, and performance reviews, all according to the set plans and KPIs.
- Carry out recruitment efforts based on our EVP (Employee Value Proposition) plan and serve as a bridge between college students and the company.
- Help out line managers and staff by giving them the scoop on HR policies and how things work around here.
- Help out line managers spot, tweak, and write down any tricky HR needs and requests when necessary.
- Get a good grip on the pay package, the company’s spot in the market, and the overall rewards system so you can suggest salary ideas and make salary reviews smoothly.
- Aid the Operations team in guiding transformations at the functional level, observing how business decisions influence individuals, and fostering the growth of the intended employer brand and organizational culture.
- Offer comprehensive analyses and suggestions aimed at enhancing employee engagement while spearheading initiatives within the organization to foster a more involved and motivated workforce.
- Be the go-between for what different departments need and the expert services (like Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent, etc.) plus any employee services if needed, all while making sure we deliver top-notch service and support.
- Get involved in rolling out the Integrated Work System Pillar Operations. Make sure we\’re hitting the goals and vibes set for each phase of the Integrated Work System.
What Are We Seeking?
- A bachelor\’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or something similar is what we\’re looking for.
- Ideally, candidates should possess at least two years of experience working as a Business Partner or in the capacity of an HR Generalist.
- The capacity to effectively tackle challenges and generate innovative ideas.
- Being able to transform data into insights that lead to actions that benefit the business.
- Must have a solid background in teaming up with and helping out both employees and managers.
- Quick to grasp new concepts, demonstrating a remarkable ability to adjust and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing setting.
- Aligning HR strategies with business goals is crucial for success. Custom HR policies enhance objectives, boost productivity, and support sustainable growth.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, encompassing skills in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
