Job Position: Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Our company is in search of a Senior Cyber Security Analyst who will be stationed in Kocaeli, Türkiye.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting investigations of security breaches and other security incidents, compiling information and reporting the findings.
- Recommending measures of protection against system and application exploitation.
- Managing the establishment of security safeguards, procedures and standards to protect information resources.
- Determining threats or opportunities that could affect the organization, and deciding how to deal with them.
- Conducting investigations of security breaches and other security incidents, compiling information and reporting the findings.
- Assisting clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which protect data as well as other industry standards.
- Audit and assessment activities, managing risks review and third parties assessments. In this role, the aim is to ensure data and systems are secure, confidential, trustworthy, and accessible.
- Supervise the implementation of the audit work plan to ensure that action plan targets are met. Moreover, gathering information, compiling documents, and writing reports concerning the handling of audit tasks.
Job Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor\’s degree in computer engineering or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with system security, access control systems, and various methods.
- Well-versed in the intricacies of ISO 27001, KVKK, and the various standards that govern Information Security,
- Getting a grip on the CISSP and NIST methods,
- The capacity to comprehend the perspectives of various business units in order to assess and articulate significant audit outcomes, along with a practical approach and a strong level of analytical reasoning.
- Skilled in handling risk management and keeping business operations running smoothly.
- An understanding of the weaknesses found in software, various techniques employed in attacks, methods of encryption, the management of security protocols, and the process of analyzing security measures.
- Possessing extensive expertise in both security software and hardware, along with proficiency in conducting security audits, performing risk analyses, and carrying out vulnerability assessments.
- Must be very skilled when it comes to handling firewalls, web app firewalls (WAF), security info and event management (SIEM), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), network detection and response (NDR), and extended detection and response (XDR).
- Possessing the ability to think analytically, along with a strong sense of responsibility and well-honed communication skills.
- Effective competencies in organizing, implementing, maintaining work ethics, and documenting progress.
- Proficient in both written and spoken forms of English and Turkish, demonstrating a strong command of both languages.
